The customer service representative is responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping customers by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide product information to customers
  • Process and ensure accuracy of orders
  • Build relationships with customers
 
 Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
