Automotive Sales / F&I Representative Job Summary

As one of our One-Contact Car Squad Specialists you are the dealership's first point of contact with customers and will follow through to delivery of the vehicle.  You will be responding to customers and assessing their needs, assisting them with their vehicle purchase, finance options, extended warranties and insurance products..

One-Contact Car Squad Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with all customer inquires (inbound phone calls, online chat, offline e-leads, walk-ins)
  • Manage and respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance
  • Log in customer details and comments in our system
  • Schedule appointments and complete the purchase
  • Constant follow up with your customer portfolio & report the results daily
  • Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of Chrysler/off brand products
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, and treat all clientele with courtesy and respect
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service
  • Maintain the set sales ratio (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
  • Process includes:
    • Meeting customers who are purchasing or leasing a vehicle
    • Preparing all related documents, i.e. Finance/lease contracts
    • Selling aftermarket products including extended warranties, insurance, etc.
    • Submitting credit application to appropriate lending organization
    • Ensuring that funding is received on a timely basis
    • Answering any/all customer questions regarding the vehicle purchase/lease process

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet

  • Ability to sell the minimum quota according to dealership objectives
  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Valid Ontario G Drivers’ License
  • Clear Driver’s Abstract


  • Bilingual in Mandarin, Spanish or French
  • Previous automotive sales experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous call center and/or internet sales experience
  • Knowledge of leasing and financing of vehicles
