Essential Job Functions: The Service Manager is responsible for the day to day operations of our service department. This management position is responsible for training, and motivating their staff to meet and exceed business and customer expectations.
The Service Manager oversees the following:
- Service department
- Warranty Department
- Customer Satisfaction
Essential Job Skills:
- Experience managing a service department (automotive, RV or other type of service facility).
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to exceed business goals
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- A valid driver's license with a clean driver’s abstract
- An outgoing person that has excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment.
- A college degree is certainly helpful but we also consider successful experience just as important if not more.
- Ability to communicate with customers regarding estimates of costs and time frames concerning repairs to be made. Verbal and Written
- Solid computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel
- Professional appearance and demeanor. Dress code in effect.
This is a fulltime position requiring ability to work Saturdays. Salary is based on experience and will be discussed at the interview.
