Summary:
As the Associate Marketing Manager, your world will be all about gaining a deep understanding of a small business audience and the brand’s offerings to create acquisition, support, inspirational, and educational campaigns for our audiences.
The Associate marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
You will report directly into the Brand Ambassador/Founder.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Digital Marketing & E commerce
· Oversee day to day management of the website, as well as supporting enhancements and branding. Partner with IT when additional support is needed.
· Develop and create marketing campaigns to support retail and ecommerce channels (email & social).
· Partner and manage relationship with our digital agency to execute social and Google advertisements.
· Maintain and build partnerships with new brands, retailers and individuals to drive brand awareness.
· Manage and control customers digital perception of all of BFI Brands, to ensure they follow brand strategy and protocols.
Content Creation & Management
Creating written and visual content for the website, blog posts, scripts, guides, newsletters, and social channels representing the voice of the brand to the customer
Experimenting with new content forms and strategies to identify new channels to help increase exposure for content and working with internal stakeholders to actively grow existing channels — including search, social, email, and other syndication.
Manage video footage for online communications, to ensure it aligns with brand timelines.
Creating and implementing a strategic content calendar for the brand and email newsletter.
Manage the SEM marketing program for all brands. From planning to putting online, including test and optimization strategies to reach a set of goals (leads, calls, sales, etc.).
Collaborate closely with other digital marketing consultants to ensure consistency across channels, build on learning and improve overall campaign effectiveness.
Manage relationships with key digital partners and agencies, ensure their understanding of the business needs and guide them on campaigns strategy.
Social Media Support
Create, curate, and publish content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media properties
Identify relevant small business influencers to monitor and engage
Monitor social properties for response opportunities
Moderate user generated posts and replies
Reporting and Analytics
Determine appropriate goals and key performance indicators
Provide reports and analysis on campaign performance and present strong recommendations on SEM strategy.
Track effectiveness of content and social strategy
Interpret insights and community conversations into actionable recommendations
Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing desired
3+ years’ experience in digital management and media required
Familiarity with Shopify, Klayvio, G Suite, and Photoshop
Experience with online marketing and website maintenance is a plus.
