What: Catering and E-Commerce Coordinator/Associate:
The Catering Coordinator is responsible for:
- Developing new relationships and maintaining existing client account. They enjoy working in a fast paced and growing environment
- Each day is a bit different than the other, so you are the kind of person who is flexible to spend the day corresponding and communicating via email and phone in the office or offsite, delivering and helping set up events at different locations
- You are available Monday-Friday from 8-4 and flexible to work some weekends and evening to execute events as required.

- Valid driver’s license is essential
Tasks:
- Correspond by email and phone with clients, suppliers, and staff
- Provide outstanding customer service with main activities including answering incoming calls, and emails
- Create Event Order Forms, work with Head Chef to create menu, quotes and contracts
- Work with finance team to create invoices for events and email to clients for payment
- Place catering orders with Kitchen accurately and efficiently
- Conduct food tastings for new clients
- Miscellaneous duties, administrative tasks and errands as required
Order fulfillment for E-commerce Catering platform:
- Monitor all orders
- Print all orders and organize based on delivery, UPS, or pickup (sub-organize by delivery regions and pickup locations)
- Schedule UPS shipments and order all UPS packaging needs
- Plan routes via route planning software each day and pack orders accordingly
- Manage drivers schedule in relation to delivery schedule
- Fulfill orders in Shopify and notify all customers via email when their order has been completed
Inventory:
- Maintain and manage the stock of all online items
- Work with production team to update inventory
- Monitor and order inventory and product
- Update and manage standard and sale pricing
- Month end inventory
- Manage inventory and product offerings for bi-monthly Markets (this includes packing of product for market)
Customer Service:
- Respond to all customer inquiries regarding orders or products via email and phone
- Process refunds
- Email all customers with shipping, delivery or pick up updates
Marketing/Sales:
- Manage the sales and promotional calendar with the marketing team
- Create and maintain promocodes
