Job Summary 

The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day- to- day operations of a production facility. This will include; planning, scheduling, coordinating and directing a team of 40+ employees. Reporting to the Director, this individual will be involved in continuous improvement, project management and driving efficiencies.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Operations Management from an accredited university or college preferred; will consider 10+ years’ experience as a manufacturing manager or  related experience in lieu of a degree. 
  • 5- 10 years manufacturing management experience, in supervising and managing hourly employees. 
  • Scheduling, work planning and inventory management.
  • Proficient hands-on ERP/MRP systems.
