Summary

Working with a dynamic sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role will perform a variety of sales and office administration, customer service, sales reporting and accounting responsibilities. Examples of tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to; creating and presenting sales and KPI  reporting, CRM and customer account administration, proposal and quotation writing, office administration, marketing and tradeshow coordination and providing relief for Office Administrator. 

 

Qualifications

  • Completion of a diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in a sales or office administration role, with exposure to accounting and manufacturing environment is an asset. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with exceptional working skills in Excel.
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM/ERP systems. 
  • Detail oriented, with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills - to support a sales team of approximately 10 representatives. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with simultaneous deadlines.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, as well as being able to manage and direct work tasks independently. 
  • Innovative and creative in process development and improvement.
