We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Branch Administrator at our Sussex, NB location.
This is a full-time, term position that will be filling in for a maternity leave.

Purpose:
Performs a full range of administrative support duties for dealership location.
Responsibilities:
- Receives telephone calls ensuring these individuals are directed to proper parties within the dealership
- Greeting customers as needed and directing them to proper area or staff
- Receives incoming mail and distributes to proper individuals
- Provide administrative support to the sales, parts, and service departments at the location
- Submitting bi-weekly payroll
- Ensure all tasks are completed in efficient manner resulting in accurate and timely results
- Assist the service department with warranty and scheduling as needed
Requirements and Skills:
- Solid clerical expertise
- General accounting knowledge
- Strong people and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Be respectful and demonstrate sound work ethics
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
