Job Summary

Under the guidance of the Director, the Production Manager plans, and oversees the day-to-day production, while being actively present on the production floor to understand processes, challenges and manage overall efficiencies. This role will also include; planning, scheduling, project management, and  directing of all manufacturing processes. 

Qualifications

• Degree in Operations Management from an accredited university or college preferred; will consider 10+ years’ experience as a manufacturing manager or related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5-10 years manufacturing management
• Experience supervising hourly
• Scheduling, work planning and inventory
• Experience with lean principles 
• Proficient hands-on ERP/MRP systems
• Excellent leadership and management
• Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve conflicts and
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking
