What will your responsibilities be?

Manage the sales counter and be the first point of contact of customers via different channels (in-person, email, phone, customer invoicing), providing after hours on-call support as needed.

Manage customer requirements be it product sourcing, providing quotes, orders and other activities.

Manage and resolve concerns of customers and escalate complex issues as required while building lasting relationships with various stakeholders.

Promote increased profitability by in person sales and up selling as well as outbound calling to assigned accounts.

Support other branch activities as required.

What are we looking for?

Have you completed high school and have at least 1 year of customer service experience?

Do you have excellent communication skills, organizational skills and basic knowledge of computers and mathematics?

Able to work Mondays to Fridays during branch hours

Able to lift up to 70lbs occasionally when supporting receiving/shipping
