We are currently looking for a Service Technician who possesses the necessary skill set to inspect, repair or adjust windows and doors in customer homes & on job sites. This position will ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency to meet our customers' needs and adhere to company policies on safe working procedures. The ideal candidate must have a can-do attitude and has the ability to evaluate any given situation in order to achieve our standards solutions and customer service standards.

 What YOU will be doing:

  • Perform work aimed in the resolution of installation issues, product issues, and other service requests
  • Manually load and unload materials from warehouse to and from job site, occasionally using lifting devices
  • Use hand and power tools and equipment to perform service
  • Ensure closing of service cases are done accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain jobsite administration duties, such as case file completion, inspection records and reports, and any daily logs that need to be maintained

 

What YOU bring to the table:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Familiarity with computer systems is required
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk, and stand for extended periods of time
  • Drivers License with a clean abstract

 

Work Conditions

  • Exposure to hazards associated with the industry/trade
  • Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions
  • Occasional travel
  • Operation and use of necessary tools, machinery, or equipment (training offered)
