Job Summary

Joining a grassroots team, this role will be responsible for all digital marketing, through creating brand awareness by using innovative design and marketing strategies via; social media, digital/website marketing, email campaigns, metric and analytical presentation, webinars, trade shows and print.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a related B2B role within a niche product and market.
  • Excellent content development, copywriting, and editing skills with a good eye for design.
  • Experience working in creating/enhancing brand stories and advertising campaigns for niche technical products and industrial markets.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies/campaigns for web, email and social media.
  • Demonstrable intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM databases (Sugar), WordPress, SEM (google AdWords), media planning, SEO tactics, social media platforms
  • Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Canva knowledge is an asset.
  • Market segmentation practices.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  1. Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to create a results-driven internal marketing department, specially focused on digital marketing.
  2. Obtain a thorough understanding of our products, internal standards, and differentiators to help develop strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
  3. Responsible for managing the external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
  4. Analyze marketing collateral with a critical eye, and improve current processes as required.
  5. Brainstorm and create advertising campaigns and content to engage, inform and influence customers during the buying cycle.
  6. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, digital and print campaigns and events, through analytical software and create presentations and reports of results – for Directors and Sr. Managers.
  7. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
  8. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums.
  9. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns.
  10. Work with external vendors to execute marketing content and programs.
