We are your Maritimes' John Deere Dealership with 15 locations to serve you.
We are looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the role of Sales Representative - Bombardier Recreational Products at our Grand Falls, NB location.

Salary plus merit-based pay
Must be bilingual.

Purpose:
Sells new as well as previously enjoyed BRP & John Deere products to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally represents the company for the sale of products to customers in a defined sales area
  • Understands the importance of a CRM {Customer Relations Management} program and utilizes it effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience

  • Can deliver an effective sales process from start to finish

  • Can work in a dynamic, fun and fast paced environment

  • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially salable by the dealership
  • Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management, accordingly
  • Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management
  • Knows and follows a defined sales process
  • Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events
  • Conducts new equipment field demonstrations
  • Monitors trends in customer's business activities and timely communicates to management via our CRM
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Attends applicable sales training events/seminars

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years sales experience
  • Knowledge of BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment an asset
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Coachable and a desire to learn
  • Excellent customer relationship skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
  • High School diploma preferred
  • Has a positive, dynamic and infectious attitude that drives success
