We are seeking a Full Time Administrative Assistant for our Human Resources Recruitment Department

This role involves reviewing job postings, making recommendations to attract better candidates, rewriting job postings and posting them to dozens of job boards in volume.

We are looking for a person who has experience or understanding in reviewing and writing great job postings that attract candidates and more importantly being very fast in posting these postings to dozens of job boards and onto feeds.

You must be good in doing repetitive tasks day in and day out and making sure all clients jobs are posted by end of each day.

You will monitor job postings and make recommendations to make postings better at attracting quality candidates

You will be in communication with our sales teams and our clients.

This is a full time 40 hour per week role. You MUST be very reliable!

 

YOU MUST BE FAST and ACCURATE!  - You will be posting 70+ job postings daily

 

You MUST:

  • Speak,read and write English fluently. French is an asset but not required
  • Very fast and accurate on a computer
  • Good communication skills
  • Have a late model computer or laptop , a second monitor, high speed internet and a smart cell phone.
