Responsibilities:

• Read, interpret drawings, blueprints, tables and charts for clarity and understanding.
• Accurately program  and set up a variety of conventional and computer numerically control machine (CNC).
• Verify dimensions of products for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instrument.
•  Set up and adjust production machineries/tools.
• Fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance in accordance with standards.
•  Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
•  Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
• Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers).
• Compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces .

Requirements:

• 5+ years work experience in a fast-paced, creative machine shop.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming using Fusion 360, CAD/CAM 
• Highly proactive and organized
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
• Knowledge of workplace occupational health and safety and dedication to working safely.
