Our modern manufacturing facilities have the capacity and means to produce technically advanced truss and floor systems for residential, farm and commercial structures. 

We are currently looking for General Labour / Production Labour  positions to join our team in our Lake Country (Winfield)  production facility just 25 min from Kelowna. 

**This position requires a valid driver’s license**

Performance/Volume Incentive Pay Structure.

Salary: From $21.00 per hour

• Bonus pay
• Overtime pay
• OFA Level 1 or 3 shift pay

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate assembly of residential and commercial floor building material packages.
• Responsible for quality assembly of engineered building components in the manufacturing plant.
• Follow detailed instructions and diagrams is also required.
• All employees must be able to safely use and operate various small hand tools such as measuring tapes, banders, pneumatic nail, etc.
