Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review working paper files for compilation and review engagements
• Prepare and review corporate and personal tax returns
• Prepare and review financial statements
• Coordinate with CRA on various tax dealings
• Provide advice and recommendations to clients on tax and accounting matters
• Make recommendations to the team for improving procedures and practices

Requirements:

• CPA designated
• Recent practice experience (3+ years)
• Thrive in a team environment and work well with others
• Able to communicate effectively in a business environment - within the team and with our clients
• Experience with accounting software: Caseware/Jazz-it and Profile
• Attention to detail and ability to excel and meet tight deadlines
• Able to step-in and go above and beyond
