We are currently seeking a motivated Auto Body Appraiser/Estimator to join our busy Collision Centre to help meet the demand of our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assess vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate
• Maintain regular contact with the insurance company to advise on vehicle repair
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information and repair updates
• Provide a high level of service throughout the process

Requirements:

• Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software
• Knowledge of insurance DRP practices/guidelines
• Ability to multitask
• Superior service and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with a team
