Construction Project Manager
Day Shift, Monday - Friday
Located in Scarborough, ON
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to detail specific project deliverables
- Develop project plans for clients and staff
- Delegate project tasks to teams best suited to complete them
- Track project performance
- Ensure that project budgetary objectives are met
- Oversee junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues on schedule and within budget
- Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
- Communicate any plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliveries
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Project Management team
- Analyze data and produce progress reports
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in construction
- Experience and skill using AutoCAD
- Ability to read and understand Drawings
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Budgeting and financial experience
- Ability to use spreadsheet software
- Excellent communication and management skills
