Construction Project Manager

Day Shift, Monday - Friday

Located in Scarborough, ON

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to detail specific project deliverables
• Develop project plans for clients and staff
• Delegate project tasks to teams best suited to complete them
• Track project performance
• Ensure that project budgetary objectives are met
• Oversee junior staff and teams to ensure that work continues on schedule and within budget
• Ensure documentation is maintained throughout the length of the project
• Communicate any plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
• Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliveries
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the Project Management team
• Analyze data and produce progress reports

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in construction
• Experience and skill using AutoCAD
• Ability to read and understand Drawings
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Budgeting and financial experience
• Ability to use spreadsheet software
• Excellent communication and management skills
