We are presently seeking a Courier (Radio) Dispatcher/ Customer Service to join our team for our location in Markham, Ontario.

Monday to Friday - 9 to 5

Responsibilities:

  • Update and/or dispatch orders through dispatch board on Courier Complete (Taxi Dispatchers is an asset).
  • Responsibilities for Customer Service.
  • Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls

     

  • Document and escalate any customer service issues and/or shipping/receiving errors

     

  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team

     

  • Takes order from customer with good speed and enter them into the software system.

  • Ensure delivery time is met, monitor drivers, and oversee quality control for our services
  • Respond to customers inquiries via email and phone calls
  • Complete daily reports

 

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Courier Dispatch Experience
  • Taxi Dispatcher experience is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of the GTA
  • Great positive attitude.
  • Eager to learn and grow career
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Strong computer skills, including email, Google Maps, and dispatch software
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong team player.
