It will be your responsibility to introduce our suite of products and services to them and understand their recruitment needs to see if there is a fit.

The majority of your sales will take place over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, engaging and able to navigate different personalities. We offer excellent flexibility; you will be telecommuting from your own home. Make your own schedule! No restrictions on your territory – North America is wide open. Leads are provided! In depth industry training is provided, as well as constant on going training with your sales manager to ensure your success.

Straight performance based compensation with NO base salary. Our compensation structure is very unique as our rates are the highest within the industry, which means NO CAP on earnings. If you have the ability to sell, you'll make more with us than anywhere else.
