We are seeking a Screener / Recruiter for interviewing bilingual call centre agents.

You will need to listen to their voice, verify language proficiency in both English and French, verify experience, ask questions and based on answers make a decision to to put forward to the 2nd interview and hiring stage.

You should be able to use LinkedIn to source out potential candidates

A recruitment background or experience would be helpful however we will consider the right applicant without that experience.

This is a full time role. 2 days weekly 8am to 5pm and three days 10am to 7pm.

Our office is located in Mississauga  on Derry Rd between Hwy 410 and Bramalea Rd.

No experience required

You MUST be:

• Fully bilingual in French and English
• Fast and accurate on the computer
• Organized
• Able to be on the phone all day interviewing
• able to provide good judgment as to whom should be hired or not
