We are currently looking to fill roles for junior recruiters who have experience headhunting healthcare professionals such as Nurses, RN's and PRN's. You will need to have a sharp eye for talent and connecting with the right people.

We have just signed 3 new big contracts and we require professional, experienced recruiters with great recruiting skills and an even better understanding of people to pick the right candidates for our clients.

Qualification:

• Post Secondary Degree or experience in related field
  
• 1 year of relevant experience as a recruiter
• Excellent command of the English language
• Experience using social media such as LinkedIn Facebook Twitter, and job board search engines
• MS proficient, Word, Excel
• Good computer skills
• Ability to be quick in filling orders in a timely manner
• A "can do" attitude
• Experience reviewing resumes and screening candidates
• Ability to work independently
