Counter Customer Service Representative

We are a construction materials distributor with branches across North America who help customers identify and deliver the supplies they need at competitive prices.
In this role you will assist customers find the products that they are seeking. You will use your friendly personality to ensure that customers have a phenomenal experience and want to come back again for their future construction projects! Applicants must have at least 3 years of experience in a service, hospitality and/or building supply industry role.

Your Tasks:
• Assist customers with their purchases
• Understand what the customer is looking for
• Communicate with various departments in the organization
• Clerical & administrative duties as required

We Require:
• 3+ years of experience in a service, hospitality, and/or building supply industry role
• Customer service oriented
• Outgoing and charismatic personality
• Exceptional English reading, writing, and speaking communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work positively with a team
• Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Available to work extended hours when required
