Our client is currently seeking a Full-time Billing Administrator to join the team.

 

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and prepare invoicing for clients
  • Preparing documents such as invoices to be mailed
  • Calculating orders for freight and fuel surcharges
  • Enter information for credit notes
  • Keeping track of billing changes
  • Communicate with different branch locations relating to sale and order information
  • Review sale orders and purchases for shipment

 

Qualification for this role:

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting
  • Related experience in a similar role, preferably within the wholesale industry with the key focus on A/R
  • Ability to follow direction and work independently
  • MS Office proficient
  • Good language skills
  • Personable phone manner
  • Works well with others
  • Good computer and typing skills
  • Ability to adapt to new environments
