We are a small organization currently seeking a Bookkeeper / Accountant for part-time, 3 days a week (24 hours weekly).

NOTE: We are NOT looking for someone who is actually looking for a full-time 40 hour per week job who will take this job until they find a full-time job but rather a person who sees 3 days per week as a great fit for their lifestyle.

We are located in Mississauga just north of the Brampton border near Derry Road and Hwy 410. Mississauga transit buses stop right outside our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing 
• Collections
• Accounts receivable and Accounts payable 
• Payroll
• Commission for sales representatives 
• Compile monthly financial statements 
• Monthly reviews with management 

Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping / accounting experience
• CPA preferred
