POSITION: Real Estate Administration Assistant

Corporation: Skyline Investments Inc. – based out of Horseshoe Resort, Barrie

Department: Development

Business address and location of work: 1011 Horseshoe Valley Rd, Barrie, ON

Hours of work: Full-time (must have evening and weekend availability)

 

As the Real Estate Administration Assistant, you will be the support for the Sales Representative team in the oversight of the Sales Office and the preparation and coordination of the agreements of purchase and sale for final review. The desired candidate will perform day-to-day duties in a friendly and professional manner at all times and ensure that the client has an enjoyable experience. This position will require evenings, weekends and day-time availability.

 

The Position:

Reporting to the Homeowner Relations Manager the Real Estate Administration Assistant duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Working with Sales Rep team to assist with preparing agreements of purchase and sale for final review
    • Working with buyer and respective institutions to finalize the agreement throughout the buying process, ie. deposit cheques, ensuring accurate paperwork is provided to appropriate individuals, tracking the sales process as required
  • Supporting the sales team with potential buyers as necessary:
    • Monitor the flow of walk-in customers, including greeting clients, answering basic questions, and making them feel welcome
    • Communicating to clients about knowledge of properties
    • Answering phone and passing on inquiries
    • Providing site tours as needed
  • Clean and tidy the sales centers; keep the sales office in excellent condition at all times
  • Prepare and mail out client follow up letters, monitor and send emails, ensure filing is maintained and up to date
  • Input data of customer profiles and realtor profile information into system and file accordingly
  • Prepare promotional material and update client lists, as required

 

 

Skills and Competencies

  • Ontario Real Estate Admin knowledge and experience required
  • Sales background, preferably with real estate new project
  • Excellent one on one presentation and telephone skills
  • Equally comfortable meeting several customers in a day or connecting by telephone
  • Proficient with Customer Relationship Management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and data base management
  • Willing to learn and grow your skills in real estate sales
