The Parts Manager will manage all parts operations within the dealership to maximize return on investment through; optimizing Parts Department processes, to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction, growing profitable parts sales, and effectively engaging department personnel.

Requirements:

  • A leader who is productive and constantly looking for opportunities to improve
  • Previous automotive experience is required
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Someone with a team first mentality

Responsibilities:

  • Manage receivables
  • Promote accessories through innovative displays and promotions
  • Maintain range and depth of inventory while minimizing investment
  • Minimize aged stock on hand
  • Maintain a perpetual inventory process
  • Track and follow up on back-order parts
  • Direct and schedule the activities of all parts department employees
  • Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customers satisfaction
