Job Description
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Provide a consistently exceptional experience for all guests
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Participate in staff education plans, including on the job training
- Inspect food preparation areas to ensure sanitary food-handling practices
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes with all manner of kitchen equipment and tools
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food to specifications of the the Chef
- Perform cleaning duties as required, and maintain a clean and safe work station
- Meet Health & Safety requirements
