We offer our clients full-service engineering support in the design and manufacture of custom systems to meet their project’s specific requirements.

We are currently seeking candidates for s Tool Keeper/Change Over in our Huntsville, ON Production Department (full time). The primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth flow of production operations by maintaining good working condition of plant tooling and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize, repair, and install tooling as per production requirements
• Review production schedule to determine tooling requirement; schedule best available tooling
• Inspect tooling for defects or damages; ensure proper removal and/or setup of tooling
• Maintain tooling and parts inventory, using FIFO method
• Actively participate in all Health & Safety training, and promote a safe work environment
• Demonstrate a passion for teamwork and learning in all interactions with other employees; assist in training others
• Participate in all 5-S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
• Conduct all work according to established procedures, policies, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 - 5 years previous Tool Keeper/Change Over experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (self-starter) and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills

WE OFFER:

• Starting wage of $20.55 per hour.
• $2,000.00 Signing and retention bonus; $1,000.00 payable after 6 months’ continuous employment and another $1,000.00 payable after 1 full year of continuous employment.
