What will you do?
- Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about the company and its customers.
- Provide general residential plumbing services to customers.
- Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.
- Perform on-site problem diagnosis, accurately estimate repair costs, fix it right the first time, and continuously communicate with the homeowner.
- Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and other equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater, including fixtures systems and appliances in residential buildings.
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
- Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety rules, procedures, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Explain the value of our plumbing products, services, and programs on every call.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

What do you bring?
- Red Seal Journeyman Plumbing license
- Experience in Residential New Home Construction
- Possesses a valid driver's license
- Class B gas ticket (additional comp will be added if the applicant holds) Not an asset to apply
- City of Winnipeg Contractors License (mandatory)
- Applicants will be asked to provide a criminal background check upon interview advancement
- Solid understanding of the installation of sanitary waste & vent
- Knowledge of the National Plumbing Code
- Understands COR safety and the safety adherence associated with the program
