We are looking for an experienced Foreman to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the daily operations of a jobsite with a crew on a variety of  projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Ensure everyone on the jobsite is working safely by following safety protocol and other health and safety rules and regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

Requirements

• Experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of construction health and safety regulations and supervisor responsibilities under OHSA guidelines
• WAH, Confined Spaces, First Aid and CPR training
