Roles & Responsibilities:

Our Residential Plumber is an integral member of the team, and works on installing the plumbing from the initial DWV rough in, gas, water distribution, hydronic heating and fixtures in new residential homes from starter homes to custom built residences. Our Residential Plumbers are highly efficient with a focus on quality control. Working independently, yet with supervision, demonstrating excellent time management skills, the Residential Plumber produces high quality work that reflects ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drain, waste, and vent
• Waterline distribution systems
• Fixtures
• Installing hydronic heating
• Gas-fitting
• Installation of tankless water heaters, hot water tanks, boilers, etc.
• Reading and following blueprints

Qualifications:

• Journeyperson ticket

• OR 3rd or 4th year apprentice with residential construction experience

• Ability to problem solve and diagnose

• Class 5 driver’s license

• Effective communication skills

• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to complete scope of the job on a day-to-day basis
