Open Role: B2B Sales Representative – Technology - Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

We are seeking a professional hard working Sales Representative to connect with customers across the country and introduce, demo, and sell our leading-edge SaaS Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

This is a B2B sale. You are calling on Directors of Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Managers, Owners, Presidents, HR Managers etc.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Look at company profiles online
  • Review their career pages to see the technology they are using
  • Call the company, find person in charge and introduce yourself and the company
  • Start the conversation with the goal of doing a demo
  • Do online demo, sell the functions and features in relation to clients needs
  • Provide pricing and follow up
  • Close the sales and complete sales paperwork
  • Perform 20-80 calls per day
  • Goal is 5+ 1-hour demos weekly and close 4+ sales monthly
  • Average sale approximately $6,000, large sale $250,000, smallest sale, $2,999

 

About the Role:

You will be selling to businesses of all sizes locally, regionally, across the country, and across North America.

It will be your responsibility to introduce our ATS to potential clients, understand their needs, and propose the most appropriate solution.

The majority of your sales will take place over the phone. You need to be enthusiastic, engaging, able to navigate different personalities, be quick on your feet and be a closer.

You are responsible to contact prospective clients and manage accounts to further develop relationships and create sales opportunities. 

Our sales team members come from many different backgrounds and there is no one perfect fit to be successful.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in any of these disciplines – Sales, ATS, Recruiting, Software Sales, Staffing, and/or general business knowledge.
  • Experience making outbound calls whether in a customer service or sales capacity
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people to solve problems. We are a solutions provider; we solve problems for our clients' recruitment technology needs.
  • Expert-level computer skills
  • Able to perform 1-hour online demos of the system. You must be tech savvy and be able to walk people through the software in online Zoom or Team meetings.
  • Experience using a CRM is highly desirable
  • Independent and able to work with no supervision to produce results

 

 We Offer:

  • Base salary of $41,600 annually ($800 weekly)
  • $500, $1,000, or $2,500 per sale dependent on contract size plus 5% on ongoing monthly revenue
