We are on the hunt for a talented Plumbing Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You will tackle everything from routine maintenance to complex problems, all while delivering top-notch customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues with precision
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of technicians and their projects from start to finish
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to members

• Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed

• Provide estimates and sales for new installations

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing license/certificate
• Experience as a Plumbing Service Technician or in a similar role 
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
