Position: Multifamily Residential Construction Electrician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in residential settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Install, repair, or replace electrical wiring, outlets, switches, and fixtures.
• Test systems and components to ensure functionality and safety.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure compliance with building codes and proper system installation.
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registration as a Journeyman in your jurisdiction
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in wood frame residential construction (multi-family preferred)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
