Job duties:

Comply with all applicable legislative and our food safety, health and safety and environmental policies and procedures.

Monitor & adjust oven & kettle temperatures, also the retarder/ proofer parameters

Ensure Lot #’s of toppings are recorded for traceability purposes

Top up the stock of ingredients / materials used for the process

Monitor FIFO and organization in ingredient storage area/racking

Report any quality and/or process variation to the Production Supervisor in a timely manner

Follow production schedule to ensure production is running on time

Conduct change overs and related tasks as required
In order to be successful in this role, you should:
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
•Strong communication and math skills.
•Ability to work a flexible 8 hour shift (12:00am-8:00am)Weekend availability is a must. Working days: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun. Overtime available.
