We are looking for a Brake Press Operator to join our team in La Salle, MB!

We are seeking a Break Press Operator, internally known as R&D Fabricator, to join our R&D team who enjoys tinkering, experimental work, providing solutions, and is adaptable to change. The successful candidate will be working with our Research and Development department to create and implement propane industry specific machinery and equipment.

Day in the Life:

• Actively assembling tank processing equipment for our production facilities.
• Bend, notch, punch, or straighten metal sheet metal of various materials, mostly aluminum and steel.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings, suggesting changes and improvements when appropriate.
• Utilizing various machinery, primarily a brake press, to bring new designs from paper to “life”.
• Familiar with MIG, TIG and pulse welding is considered an asset.
• An eye for creative solutions and strategic decision making.
