The Personal Lines team is growing, and the client is looking to hire a Personal Lines Insurance Broker, but you must have a minimum of 3 previous years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing outstanding day-to-day service to clients
- Handling the client file activities to maintain retention targets
- Acquiring expiry dates at time of policy renewal(s)
- Refer to leads to place potential new business
- Attain premium growth targets by cross selling, up selling appropriate coverages as well as New Business
- Binds accounts/coverage with insurer
- Maintain professional relationships with key underwriters to ensure maximization of new business growth

Requirements:
- Valid RIBO license is required
- OR the desire and ability to acquire your license within 3 months
- 3+ year’s Personal Insurance experience
- CIP, FCIP, or CAIB designation, or working towards completion is considered an asset
- Strong analytical, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to and work collaboratively with various individuals
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Broker Management
- Previous experience with TAM or EPIC and rating engines an asset
