We offer our clients in Canada and the United States a variety of products and services to attract applicants to their open positions including job advertisement distribution, career website design, social media applications and recruitment services. 



We are looking for a customer service / sales coordinator to assist our sales team and clients on a fixed length contract. You will be responsible to enter in leads into our CRM, work with sales reps in the sales process, work with clients with questions or concerns, and answer the customer support line.

This is a contract position. You will be working 8am-5pm Monday through Friday in our office located at Dixie and Derry roads.

Possess excellent MS office skills
Excellent letter and email writing skills

Very reliable and trustworthy
Excellent computer skills
Fast accurate keyboarding
Fast research on Google

Nice to have:
Previous experience working with a CRM
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
College or university degree
