We are currently seeking an 5 ton truck driver for our Delta, BC Branch to join our team. We offer competitive wages that vary depending on skill level. Duties:
Note: This is a Safety Sensitive Position

Delivering product in and around the Lower Mainland.
Maintaining cleanliness of truck and equipment.
Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional and safe manner
Conduct vehicle checks; maintain driver logbook
Prepare truck for safe transport
Advise management of any maintenance concerns
Excellent Customer Skills.
Assist in the yard when not on deliveries
Follows company Health and Safety Policies.
Attend driver and production training courses as required.
Knowledge to operate a 20 ton stiff boom crane.

Requirements and skills:
Class 5 drivers licence
Clean drivers abstract.
A working knowledge of the lower mainland.
The ability to physically lift 50lbs or more.
Able to speak, read and write English fluently.
Experience in the construction/roofing industry would be an asset.
Experience in customer service is an asset.
Knowledge of properly filling out Driver Pre-trip logs.
Experience and knowledge in cargo securement.
Professional attitude toward safety procedures.
Basic math skills.

Hourly Wage: $19.00 - $20.00
