We are seeking a Telemarketing Sales Manager to manage upwards of 10 outbound calling sales reps.

Must be both a good outbound calling phone sales rep and a good manager and coach.

You and your team will be calling HR, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition managers along with owners and Presidents selling our hiring solutions.

Reps required to make 60 to 100 calls daily.

You must be a problem solver, a coach, a manager and a leader.

You must be very computer and tech savvy including the use of a CRM and outbound calling software.

You will be required to work in our office at Derry Rd and 410 for first month or two then will be able to work 2-3 days from home, the same as the rest of your team.
